HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed pending item availability. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on the following Monday. If we are out of stock on any sizes you have ordered, we will advise you immediately of the expected delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders canceled after that are subject to a 3% restocking fee.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You are welcome to return your covers but we ask the following:

  • To explain the reason for your return in an email sent to admin@harmoniccovers.com within 5 days of the receipt of your order. Please reference your order number and the reason for your return request.
  • If you found that you needed different sizes than you ordered, please let us know what sizes you ordered and which sizes you wish to exchange for.
  • Please ensure your item/s are returned unused and in pristine condition in its original packaging.
  • Once received back to our warehouse your order including taxes will be refunded next day. You will be refunded the cost of the cover/s and taxes once the covers have been received back to our warehouse in their initial condition.
  • We request that you cover the cost of the return shipping.

    Please include your Return Form form inside the package with your item(s) for return. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone, email address, and reason for return.

IS MY TRANSACTION SAFE?

All payment information is handled privately on a secure server and is not retained or seen on our end.

ARE THE COVERS PADDED?

They are not padded, but are knitted in a 2 x 2 rib offering double the protection as they cover both the outside and inside of the bowls, cushioning the bowl
360 degrees.

Also, the 2 x 2 rib acts as a locking system so that the bowls, when nested don’t move around in transit.
